Ordering & Payment
All orders can be placed through the website or confirmed directly with me. Orders aren't considered final until payment has been received.
For custom designs, you will receive a few designs ideas before I start decorating. Once you've approved your design, the final payment will be due to confirm your order and reserve your spot on my calendar.
Custom or large orders may also require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. Orders cancelled 7 or more days before pickup or delivery may receive a partial refund. Orders cancelled within 7 days are non-refundable since ingredients and prep begin ahead of time. No refunds are offered for missed pickups or personal taste preferences.

Allergies
All cookies are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. While I do my best to avoid cross-contact, my kitchen may come in contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. Please share any allergy information when placing your order.
Design & Artistic Rights
Each cookie is handmade and decorated individually. Slight variations in color, size, or design make every order unique! Inspiration photos are always welcome, but exact replicas can't be guaranteed.
Photography & Promotion
I love sharing my cookie creations! Custom Crafted Cookies reserves the right to photograph and share designs on social media or the website. If your order is a surprise or for a private event, just let me know and I will wait to post until after.
